Circa 2017, we had BIG dreams for our beautiful holistic Chiropractic practice, Open Space Healing. As our patient base grew + our brand exploded we found ourselves buried at the bottom of a pile of admin. The more patients we took on and the bigger our team got, the LESS time freedom we felt. We burnt out again and again + started to lose faith that we could create an abundantly profitable business we enjoy AND enjoy our lifestyle too.
Fast forward to the present day! We scaled to 7 figures and enjoy high practice profit. The best bit? 80% of our time is spent on our zone of genius - doing tasks that we love that light us up. We cracked the code for working ON our practice instead of IN it and said goodbye to hours of servicing patients 1:1, soul sucking admin and micromanaging team performance.
The antidote? Implementing time giving systems, an aligned team of ‘A’ players + new patient leads on demand!

Through taking consistent courageous action, Andy founded 7 figure chiropractic wellness center ‘Open Space Healing’. She enjoys a 17-year career as an integrative chiropractor, a kundalini yoga teacher, mum of 3 babies (birthed at home), co-host of top-rated podcast ‘The Wealthy Wellness Business Podcast’’ and 20 years of love with her husband. She is a passionate advocate for women, especially mothers, to create high profit freedom-based practices that allow them to be 100% present with their families.
